Project Consulting: Just want ideas, guidance, and advice from experienced pros? We can do an in-home visit and discuss your project with you providing advice about approaching your project, design concerns, and budget expectations.
Front-end management: Along with advice, we can help you obtain drawings, provide a list of contractors, obtain estimates and help you decipher them to make sure you hire the right companies.
Full Management: We can manage your project from start to finish including coordinating vendors, assisting with permitting/inspections, helping resolve problems that may arise, handling quality control, and acting as your representative and advocate.
On-site supervisor: We can provide a bonded individual to be on your job site anytime a contractor is working. Perfect for a sensitive home or project.
Vacation Supervisor: Have to go on a business trip or have a vacation planned, but don’t want work done on your home while you are away? We can supervise your project while you are away to make sure it runs smoothly and does not get behind schedule.
Dispute resolution: If you are having a problem with an existing contractor or project, we can come in as a third party and help work with both parties to resolve the dispute.
