Andrew Blate and Craig Schneibolk, co-owners of Beautiful Home Services, became close friends in high school in Montgomery County, Maryland, leading them to paint houses together to put themselves through college. Andrew studied History and Accounting and Craig, Mechanical Engineering, and together they founded Beautiful Home Services in 2006.  As they have walked through life’s greatest milestones as friends, they have partnered to build a quality-focused company with a mission to create a fantastic client experience by eliminating the stress of home improvement.

Andrew and Craig also founded The Blate-Schneibolk Charitable Foundation, Inc. and donate a percentage of profits from Beautiful Home Services to this charitable organization to support important programs such as the Oyster Recovery Partnership, Chesapeake Bay Paddle, The Dominion Guild, and other local organizations. Each year, Beautiful Home Services and The Blate-Schneibolk Charitable Foundation, Inc. host a Charity Crab Feast to raise money for The HSC Pediatric Center’s Kids in Action program.
