Initially I wanted to use this company for some pretty major projects in our home. My husband (thankfully) convinced me... to start with a small project so we could see the quality of work. It was disappointing at best. Shelf installation in our bathroom looks ok from a distance but upon closer inspection by is extremely sloppy. After 3 return trips to correct the issues we were still disappointed but honestly just over it. We will complete the project ourselves. The master bath remodeling was a complete... remodel, including moving walls and plumbing, an expanded shower, a new water closet to enclose the toilet, new cabinets, vanity and lighting fixtures, and all new paint. The guest bath remodel was a more simple remove the old and replace with new job, with new shower/tub, tile, vanity, and toilet. Very professional, organized company. We had a wide laundry list of small items for them to handle before we moved in,... and that list changed a good deal before it was finalized. Andrew and company were flexible and reasonably priced as our priorities changed. Their workers were well organized and overseen by a site manager, Michael, with very good attention to detail. As often happens with wide-ranging GC work there were a few things that needed adjustment at the end, but Michael's quality control was the difference maker. I worked with Beautiful Home Services to remodel my hallway (taking down some non-weight bearing walls, sealing up a... doorway, re-installing drywall and repairing floor, installing a couple of outlets and recessed lights). It was a great experience from the beginning to end. Starting with the sales rep, Gus, who came out to conduct the estimate and followed up diligently to adjust the (very reasonable) quote per my requests. Communication with the project manager Mike was excellent, and the crew (Fernando, Walter and Jonathan) were friendly and worked quickly and wonderfully. I was especially impressed when we hit a snag in my project re: needing to repair the floor - the floorboards I had were discontinued, and Mike and Fernando truly seemed to move the sky to source replacement boards (and always with the assurance that I should worry very little). In the end, there was just a slight delay (and very minimal cost increase) to completing of the work.With the fair pricing, excellent communication, and terrific results (I really love the new hallway!), I'd recommend Beautiful Home in a minute and look forward to working with them again.read more

We just finished a 4 week project where we had a bathroom installed and laundry room reconfigured. We had to have... walls knocked down, plumbing installed in the subfloor, and an entire room re-built with new water lines, electrical, drywall, bathtub, toilet, etc. Beautiful Home Services was great to work with!
